Talent Acquisition Specialist
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely together with our human capital manager and will:
• Be responsible for the full talent acquisition process: from attraction, to engagement to hiring: job intake with internal stakeholders, creating job ads, active sourcing, coordinating & conducting interviews to making the job offer – you own the whole process;
• Design and conduct creative search strategies to attract highly skilled candidates in a niche market;
• Proactively source candidates for future open positions;
• Actively look for new talent acquisition trends and improvements to ensure the best possible talent acquisition life cycle;
• Work closely with the internal stakeholders to understand the recruiting needs and advise & train them through the talent acquisition process.
Who are you?
• Passion for talent acquisition with a clear understanding of today’s talent market and the right way to attract candidates;
• Experience in software recruitment would be a big plus;
• There is no challenge you can’t handle. You are resilient, have a can-do attitude and are a go-getter;
• Great communication skills and fluent in English.
