Customer care jedi
As part of our front line, you will be vital to the continued growth of our organization. You will assist us with managing the relations with our existing and potential customers and providing the best quality service to them. Our customer happiness will be your first priority.
Your responsibilities will be, amongst others:
• Be the first in line to support our customers through various channels (phone, e-mail, chat,...);
• Search for quick, professional and creative solutions to help the customers as quickly as possible;
• Manage the issues: prioritize and assign tasks to 2nd or 3rd line engineers if needed, provide everyone with the necessary information, follow-up internally, stay in constant communication with the customer, make sure the delivery of the solution takes place on time,...;
• Log in on our robots to gather the required input for the engineers so they can analyze problems;
• Help us to lift our customer care to the next level: a.o. define and maintain lists of frequently asked questions, common problems, and solutions,... and much more;
• Provide feedback to the company operations so we can adapt our processes, our Toadi robots, …
Who is our customer jedi?
• You love interacting with our clients and you go the extra mile when needed. Customer happiness is your first priority;
• You have a positive and friendly demeanor, great-problem solving skills, and confident in all customer interactions, particularly via phone;
• You are a strong communicator. You are fluent in (i) Dutch, French and English or (ii) German and English;
• Since you will work in a tech scale-up, you are technology and A.I. minded. Can you already feel the love for our Toadi robots?
